After using this vacuum cleaner and mop, I found it very practical for daily cleaning. Vacuums and cleans the floor in a single step, which helps save time, and glides easily on hard surfaces. The self-cleaning function is very convenient because it simplifies the maintenance of the equipment. The tank is easy to remove and replace, and the operation in general has been intuitive. It also includes useful accessories for equipment care. In my experience, it has been a good purchase and an efficient tool to keep floors clean with less effort. I would recommend it to those looking for a practical solution for home cleaning.

I recieved my new toy, I mean.... ~~~~Dreame H12 Pro~~~~~ wet dry vacuum. I had the corded purple Bissell crosswave pro pet, I will not go into it, if you like, you can read my review on it..... Anyway, I researched these types of cleaners for close to two months before purchasing. For the price, I wanted to make sure my money was getting what I needed. I searched online, you tube, and also reviews on Amazon. I decided on this model and was happy to see it was on sale when I finally decided on which one . This cleaner is awesome. I cleaned close to 1500 Sq ft of hardwood floors in 45 minutes. I had to empty the dirty water tank twice, and that was mostly because of the animal hair/dust etc it sucked up! I have 2 dogs, and 4 cats, grand baies, 2 adults, cockatoo, plus I have long hair. (I had swept prior to using this vacuum earlier in the day). I did have to refill the clean water tank once after initial fill, I ran out short in the last room, and also, for the self clean cycle. The machine itself is quiet. It is self propelled. Which my arthritis loves. No triggers to squeeze for cleaning water, it does it. Now there will be streaks showing, but only when WET, dry, none what so ever. The edge cleaning is fantastic! Having the edge cleaning on both size vs one side as most have, it awesome. No need to chane angle or direction of the vacuum to get all the crud along the edges or corners. It does get up to the edge of the woodwork. No line to see clean and dirty floor. Some reviews said the cleaning solution was strong, I found the smell not to be. I am sensitive to smells and odors. Which second, some said there is an odor, none here, not even in the self clean cycle. You do need to clean out the dirty water tank after each use. If you do not, that will become very odorous. Personally, I just feel it's common sense to clean it out after each use. Deep clean brush by hand if really gross too. If you pay for it, you should take care of it to make your purchase last longer, perform as it should, along with not throwing the money spent out the window!!! Ok.... My test was a big flower pot full of wet dirt that my cat knocked over after he threw up a hair ball the day before it arrived. I did not try an egg, they are too expensive to waste, besides who needs an egg when you have the blessing of furbabies accidents?! The dirt was still some what wet, and it sucked it up like bread crumbs with no spewing dirt around. The present from the cat was very dry and stuck. It came up without any problem. It ramped up, as it does when it senses more of a mess, and was ok, donne with that 8n no time at all!!! Cat litter was no competition! Sucked it right up too, same as the dirt!! It even took care of a potty accident of the solid kind without any difficulty in turbo mode. It is very quiet in the cleaning mode. At 100% charge, I had 23% left when done with the floors. Another plus is, it sits up and once it is sitting upright, it runs a few seconds, then shuts off. This helps to save the charge. This vacuum does not fall over like the crosswave it, or even my cordless vacuum. Ohhhh yes, it works great on just vacuuming, that's what I used for the dirt, and turbo mode for the cat litter. I did use turbo mode for most of my floors for the extra cleaning. It pulls you, not you it!!! It also talks to you. That was strange! Tells you when the canister needs empty or filled, what mode it is in, and powering on and off. The floors feel clean to your bare feet, not sticky like some mops and cleaners do. The floors dried quickly too. I will update in a couple months to see if my wallet is not as mad that I spent this much on a vacuum. It was not a drugery to clean floors. That is a big plus! No mess, no mops, buckets, no pre-sweeping..... Being cordless is 100% favorable!!! It charged in about 3.5 hours. I love it having a dock and always being charged. No batteries to take out to charge separately! No cord to trip over, plug in, re-plug in....... This machine is not light, the self propel evens that out. It is not all plastic either. Nice construction. Very easy to put together, clean roller and replace. No struggling to take and re-place clean/dirty tanks. The size of the unit allows to get under furniture, corners etc. Also, it does not take much room for the self charger and vacuum together. No, I am not being paid for this review, nor given the unit or discount in return for a favorable review. Like I said, in a couple months I will update this! Happy Cleaning!!!

So I loved this for the year I had it when it worked. But it quit working almost exactly at a year after purchase. It would turn on and the audio prompts would work, but the roller wouldn’t turn. I contacted Dreame who assured me I could send it in for repair. That endeavor turned into an absolutely frustrating nightmare. I spend about 1 hour packing it up to their very exact specifications. Then the label they sent me for the package wouldn’t print out correctly. I tried everything from my end to get it to print correctly and it just wouldn’t. So I called Dreame. I proceeded to get disconnected three times in a row. Finally I got someone who did not disconnect me and we managed to get the label printed. I schlepped this huge package to the UPS store, stood in line with it, only to discover the label they sent me was no good and wouldn’t scan. At this point I had spent approximately 3 hours on this between attempting to print labels, repeatedly getting disconnected, and driving to UPS. To say I was upset was an understatement as I had about a 100 other things I needed to be doing that day. The next customer service rep I got was completely unempathetic regarding the fact that they had wasted half my afternoon, she was rude, and she refused initially to send me a new label. After a long while of debate about the new label she finally sent me one. So then I had to drive back to my house to print it, tape it on the box, and drive BACK to UPS again. I still have not heard anything from Dreame regarding if my machine is repairable or not. This cost $360 at the time I bought it, so it should not quit working after a year. Very disappointing. I also have a very expensive Robot vacuum from Dreame, as well as a cordless vacuum. I regret buying both of them after the level of customer service I received, and will never buy another product from Dreame again. As a matter of fact, I sold the cordless vac tonight on Facebook. Not going to support this company any longer. Back to Tineco for me, which is a shame because the Dreame products are nice when they actually work. If only they cared about their customers time and money spent. Edited to add: just unpacked machine after receiving it back from the repair center and it still does not work.

I’ve been using the Dreame H12 Pro for a while and I’m really happy with it. It picks up dirt and cleans the floor at the same time, which saves me a lot of time. The self-cleaning feature is super convenient, and the hot air drying helps keep the roller from smelling. It’s also easy to maneuver and does a good job cleaning along the edges. Definitely worth it for everyday cleaning!

I really like this vacuum mop. It makes cleaning my floors so much easier. It picks up dirt and spills at the same time, and the self-cleaning feature is great. It is easy to use, cleans well, and leaves my floors looking nice and clean. Comes with extra filter and roller.

Easy to operate. Pros- Easy to use Sweeps and mops simultaneously Self cleaning a plus Versatile on different types of hard floors like wood and marble Takes the hard work of cleaning spills off all types of your hands. Picks up dry and wet “issues”. maintenance is pretty simple (albeit frequent) Cons- No separate landing or capture for physical objects vs liquid Floor brush could stand to be stronger for more peace of mind Used tank can get filthy!! Self cleaning is loud as heck. Not ideal when you’re cleaning after putting little ones to bed. It’s only a minute but it’s still louder than I’d like Cleaning all aspects of this thing can be a pain if you wait too long. It can also be very messy and nasty, particularly those who don’t like touching the grime, dirt, spills, or whatever substances, organic or not, are getting cleaned. It gets SMELLY if you wait to completely clean it. I mean BAD where it makes you feel like you’re just spreading sewer water around. Gets really close in corners but not totally in there. Will leave some cleaning gaps for non optimal specs like behind toilets or fixtures that lack clearance. Brush and spin power leave something to be desired. It kicks into a super strong spin mode automatically, but only hits it automatically with no option for manual. Pro tips: Clean early and often to avoid the headaches. Empty the used tank shortly after self cleaning session. Don’t wait! It will not lift things like stuck fruit off of a floor alone if you let it sit there. Avoid going totally horizontal. This unit is not designed for that, and the dirty tank water can/will splash into the upper air filter, clogging it. Clean upper air filter every day or two and let sit dry for 24 hours before using again. Rotate filters regularly. Avoid trying to suck up things like chicken bones or thick pieces of meat or hard plastic items. They can get stuck in the bottom brush, or the tube easily and you’ll have to get in there to clean it out to keep going, which is dirty and messy if it happens in the middle of a cleaning job where it’s all wet. To stave off that sewage smell, add a table spoon of white vinegar after emptying. Vinegar doesn’t smell great but it sure as hell beats the smell of what’s basically sewage. It counteracts with bacteria growth. Household disinfectants should not be used at all, so vinegar is the best bet. Brush spinning for cleaning seems adequate but I wish ultra mode was stronger brushing, not just “electrolyzed water”, whatever the hell that is/does. Overall, this product is a great SIDEKICK. Does phenomenal heavy lifting, but in my opinion, continue to keep your brooms and swiffers handy. This does things swiffer can’t, and swiffer does things this can’t, and sometimes, especially big dry messes, the broom is just easier. This is a great starter, or finisher, but it can’t always be both. It’s also a great “let me give this room a quick once over cleaner. Works great on dusty, dry floors that need some quick action.

I’ve had this for just over 7 months so I can’t yet speak to its longevity. But so far it’s been one of my favorite cleaning purchases. I love how it’s continuously cycling in clean water to clean and sucking up the dirty water. And I know it’s cleaning because the dirty water tank is so gross and dirty after I clean. It doesn’t hurt my back to clean either because it kind of self propels itself. I also love that it cleans its own brush roller. Amazing. All I have to do is empty and rinse the dirty water tank after every use. Do NOT forget to clean the dirty water tank because one time I left it in there for a few days and it smelled terrible. I also love that it talks to you. So futuristic. All in all, a great purchase especially with 2 young kids and a dog. It saves a ton of time. Hoping it lasts a long time so I can get my moneys worth. I’ve literally gone through 5 or 6 bissell steam mops in the past 10 years or so. They always stop working right after they’re out of warranty.

As a full-time nurse and mom with 2 furbabies, I’m always looking for products that genuinely save time, and the DREAME H12 Pro FlexReach has exceeded my expectations. The ability to vacuum and mop at the same time has cut my floor cleaning routine in half. The 180° lie-flat design is one of my favorite features. It easily reaches under beds, couches, and cabinets where dust and crumbs usually collect. The cordless design makes it easy to move from room to room without constantly unplugging. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it handled everyday messes like cereal, dried dirt from shoes, pet hair, and kitchen spills without leaving streaks. The anti-tangle brush is a huge plus if your household has long hair. The hot self-cleaning cycle is another standout feature. The 194°F cleaning helps keep the brush fresh, and I don’t have to spend extra time cleaning the machine after every use. The dirty water tank clearly shows how much grime it picks up, even on floors that looked clean. Battery life has been more than enough to clean my main living areas on a single charge, and the machine feels well-balanced despite all the features. A couple of things to know: it’s a little heavier than a traditional stick vacuum because of the water tanks, and it performs best on sealed hard floors rather than carpets. Emptying the dirty water tank after each use also helps prevent odors, learned the hard way. Overall, this has become one of the most useful cleaning appliances in my home. If you have kids, pets, or just want to simplify your cleaning routine, it’s definitely worth considering.

When I use this floor cleaner, I’m really pleased with how well it picks up dust and light stains on my wooden floors. I use it around hallways and it glides smoothly without requiring much pushing force from me.
