Does the handle webbing wrap around, like around the bottom, or stop at bottom?

Hi, the webbing is stop at bottom. Thanks for asking.

How much weight can the bags take, need info for each size?

We used the bag for college clothes and shoes. They are good quality. I don't have an exact weight number but I think I could carry some of my weights in there which are 5 and 3lbs. If this helps at all😊
