Hi Does this have a spray or just a tip out ?

No spray, just tip some out on your hands and spread over the area: hair and or skin. I use this for my little daughters hair, love it.

Hi, does this come in a glass or plastic bottle?

This comes in a glass bottle - 14cm(h) x 7.5cm(w) plus 3cm top. Hope this helps. A nice product, with a real original cologne scent.

Is this a different scent from the original Bien Etre?

This is an original bien-etre. Bien-etre has a lot of original scents. They all smell different.

Can it be used on kids?

Yes, my mother use to use it on me when I was little.
