I purchased the lollipop baby camera and I can honestly say it's life changing for me. I have never come across a baby monitor that is so high tech and has all of the features that I'd need on it. I can relax and chill on the sofa or in bed and feel at ease because of the lollipop camera. The monitor allows you to watch your baby from your phone as you download the lollipop app which connects through your wifi. It is extremely easy to set up and took me less than 5 minutes. The quality of the camera is so clear and incredible but not only that it records your baby as well if they start crying or if they wake up or are fussy at night so that you can watch the videos back which is so reassuring. If your baby cries or moves loads it also sends you a notification to let you know which is so handy. Another feature I am obsessed with is the fact you can talk to your baby through the monitor which I have used loads already and I have also played baby music and white noise through to try and settle him if he's stirring at night. You can also invite someone in the app to watch the baby monitor so I have added his dad into it so that if he's in work and wants to check on his son whilst he naps he can do that. I think that is such a great feature as he won't feel like he's missing out by being in work. As for the style of the camera it is very stylish and sleek looking which I love and the colours they come in are gorgeous. There are 3 different colours but I choose the turquoise one as it's more suited to my son's nursery. I have also attached the monitor to my son's cot and wrapped it around the bars which was so easy. There are other ways you can display your monitor too and the attachments come with it so make this possible. All in all I LOVE this monitor and would 100% recommend it to anyone if they're thinking of buying a monitor as you definitely get what you pay for.

I was really impressed with the packaging of this camera, it looks so neat and well thought of as to not waste space and as soon as you open the box you are presented with the best looking baby camera available and then underneath is all the accessories you would need and the cutest baby feet printed into the box! You have the cables and cable tidy which is great to stop babies being able to pull the cable and also a stand to attach it to the wall if you don’t make use of the bendable camera stand/stick attached that can be used to either stand up, wrap around or bend over the cot ( I have it currently wrapped over the corner of a shelf) it also has a clip to use if need be. Also in the box is a uk plug adaptor and a European one which is great for when we go abroad and can use the camera in other European countries. The instructions are so simple and took hardly any time to set up at all and as it works with an app it’s so easy to access the camera on the go or at work and works on multiple devices so my partner and mum can access if need be. The video quality is fab and the night vision is just amazing, it has a cry sensor that also takes a 30 second video clip so you can play this back or communicate to baby without having to disturb them by going in. You can play sounds and music through it which sounds decent too and not freaky! I can also talk to my baby through it and the pictures taken can be saved to my phone which is a nice touch and they all remain on the timeline to see if any patterns emerge! I would totally recommend this product to anyone with babies and will consider buying another one for my sons room! They would also make good cameras to use for pets and in the home too!

So I’ve waited a few weeks to post my honest review of this baby monitor. It is absolutely fabulous! It’s the best camera I have ever used. The design is great, just wrapping it around the cot is very easy. The box comes with all different attachments if you wanted to attach to wall but I found attaching it to the cot the easiest with all the wires safely put away using the strips. The picture quality is amazing! The night vision is brilliant, we have absolutely no problem at all with connecting it to the WiFi. We have never had any connection issues. I love how I can check on my baby sleeping even when I’m out and the baby is being looked after! Such piece of mind. If you are doubting getting this camera then I say just do it! The best feature is daddy can open up his app at work and see the baby sleeping and check in on her as he misses bedtime most nights. I also love how it pops up on your phone if there is noise or detects the baby crying, I can talk through the camera and set up lullabies and music without going upstairs to smooth my baby. Purchased this baby monitor for my little girl and I am super impressed! Firstly the look of the camera is beautiful, I love the colour and design of it and love how modern and lightweight it is. There are several different ways to set up the camera, whether it be on the wall, on the stand that comes with it or on the cot. There is one wire from the camera to the plug and it is easily secured and hidden. The camera was really quick and easy to set up. I like that it’s linked to my phone and the app is straightforward to use. It’s great that you dont have to leave the app open on your phone constantly. You can set it for the sound to be on in the background of your phone so that you can still hear your baby but you can use other apps or even have your phone locked and you’ll still hear baby cry. The camera quality is outstanding, the picture is super clear and the zoom on the camera is amazing! I can zoom in so close to my babies face to watch her breathing and check she’s ok and it doesn’t alter the quality at all. It’s really sweet that you can look back through moments on the camera and save them in a gallery so that you have any special moments saved that the camera may happen to capture. Overall a great purchase and I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a baby monitor.

This monitor seemed great when we first got it and so handy to attach to so many different surfaces. However, the first night that we put baby in their crib to sleep and popped to the living room we noticed to picture was constantly lagging and reloading over and over. I went through all connection trouble shooting but it still continued to reload and we have ultra fast broadband so that wasn’t the issue. Despite the monitor showing full wifi connection this continued to happen for over a week. I didn’t feel like I had enough confidence in this camera as I was constantly worrying if baby was crying while it reloaded and lagged. I had to return and have since bought the Boifun 2k baby monitor and universal monitor stand, which has great reviews. I’m disappointed the lollipop monitor didn’t work out for us because I love the look of it and it’s ease of attachment to the cot. But didn’t have any faith in the product and was constantly worrying it had started to lag again. UPDATE: I was worried the picture on my new monitor (Boifun) wouldn’t be as clear as the lollipop ,but it’s fantastic. It does exactly the same as the lollipop and more (without a monthly subscription), the only downfall is needing to buy an additional universal stand to attach to the crib.

I have to say I was dubious about buying this as it looked like it was too cute to work, but so far I’m very impressed with the camera quality and sound quality. I’ve not managed to try out the white noise/speaker yet and I have to say the crossing confirmations in the middle of the night can be freaky when you know the rooms empty (good old moths) but over all a great camera for my little boys room that looks good and let’s me check on him as and when without the need of an additional baby monitor unit. Fitting was easy and set up wasn’t a struggle - took a few attempts to pair the camera and the room sensor to my phone but once it’s done it’s all good. Buffering when out of a WiFi zone can be annoying so if you’re out and want to check the camera it can take a few minutes to get live through, but I’ll be honest if I’m out, my son is out or is safe at home with his daddy so not a real problem for me. I like the design and look of the camera, it’s got a good wide angle lenses So we can get almost all his room in and he doesn’t notice it as it’s like a little but if art on his ‘fun’ wall! I’ll be getting a pink one for my little girl as soon as it’s back in stock!

Great piece of kit for the nursery. I loved the minimal look of this monitor compared to most others on the market that are a lot bulkier. The fact you can attach to so many things was a winner from us. The picture quality is great, as well as night mode. Really clear. There is some slight glitching when the monitor is jogged slightly or there is a lot of movement being detected at one given time. The alerts work well and ping up on my phone when there is any noise other than a sleeping baby!! I like the information given, i.e how many decibels there are. My son has white noise on in his room too so its good to know this is at a comfortable level for him. I like the camera feature, being able to take a cute image when you see you're child react to your voice is sweet. So I've done a little run down already but I will now do a pro and con list for you to check out! Pros: Looks great in the nursery compared to some pretty ugly ones out there One thin power lead that can be hidden out of sight so no batteries running out! Easy to install onto cot Wall attachment included Great picture quality 90% of the time Ability to take pictures Talk back White noise and lullabies built in Can be connected to your phone so you don't need a plugged in parent monitor The camera records any events that happened during nap times so you can look back and see what they got up to! Cons: Was a bit slow at installation on the phone. I could not get it to connect to my wifi. The bedroom I wanted it to be in was at the far back of the house compared to the wifi router which is at the front. So basically if you set it up whilst next to your router, get it connected then unplug and put where you want it in the nursery it worked a treat! The talk back is quite delayed White noise only lasts 30 mins, so if baby has a few hours nap you need to go back into the app to start the white noise again after 30 mins pass If there is a lot of movement in front of the camera for instance when I wake my baby up, I open the blind, go to his cot, speak to him, then get him up...with all of that sometimes the camera needs a few seconds to catch up so will glitch for a couple of seconds If I was asked would I purchase this item again, my answer would be yes. the pros outweigh the cons for us so its a win! I don't think you'll be disappointed!

The lollipop camera / baby monitor is really simple to set up. The app was easily downloaded and free to install and the step by step process to get the monitor to work was very quick and simple to follow. Very easy and straight forward video monitor for not quite a technophobe but not technically minded and sleep deprived mummy! The picture quality is immense really clear both during the day and in the night vision mode. I have my monitor set up to view the whole room (rather than a close up over the cot) as my child is now in a bed and I can zoom in enough to be able to see she is asleep in bed and not just laid in bed which is fab. The lollipop is very sensitive to noise and for those with newborn it would be reassuring to hear every movement. You can also set up to monitor sleep activity so see the quality of sleep your baby is getting, I haven't used this feature yet as we have only recently received the monitor but it is a unique feature which might appeal to some parents. I do like being able to look back in time on the video to see any activity and the app points you to any activity it has noticed (such as noise). I am very happy with the lollipop baby monitor and would definitely recommend. The product received looks exactly like the picture and description on the listing.

Camera works really good and detects noise even if is the minimum thing. Easy to set up and if you buy the sensor too it can tell you about the room temperature. The app stays open if you don close it which sounds logical, if you are watching the baby through the camera why would you like to be blocked.

We've had ours for almost 3 years and I completely thought I had already reviewed this! First of all, the camera is aesthetically beautiful and fits into any nursery or home interior especially if you're putting this in the living room for your fur baby, lollipop looks great and performs well. The other cameras all look like security cameras or they're just so clunky. You can choose between 3 different colors for Lollipop baby camera and we have the turquoise. Secondly, the sound and image is crystal clear in night or day although your internet environment may influence the level of clarity and smoothness. That's extremely important because you want to see what's going on when you're not there. I have a lot of anxiety as a first time mom and having the camera there made me feel much more at ease when I was in another room or even when my husband or mother in law was watching our child for me. (No, I don't trust either of them because mother knows best lol) My husband has an android and the live stream often pauses and does not flow as smoothly as on my iphone but that is because Android is inferior. Not the camera's fault. Last of all, a lot of moms I know have purchased a white noise machine but there are 12 sounds included in the camera. If you start to play the classical music from another room and see the delight in your child's eyes it makes you feel like you're the warden at Shawshank so try not to get drunk on power. I personally swear by the sound called "womb" and I've used it every single day since we purchased this miracle device as it helps my baby now toddler nap and sleep very well. My husband is not a fan of the sound labeled "water" and claims it makes him want to urinate more frequently, again that's a tiny bladder and not the camera's fault. I took the camera with me when I went to Korea to visit my parents and I take it with me when we go away for the weekend. Last but not least, product support and custom service has been stellar and they have gone above and beyond to help me through any obstacles I have encountered. They're helpful, well informed and friendly. When I had a sudden issue with the neck of my camera after about a year they sent me a replacement. When I had a problem with my push to talk they walked me through the technical issues that might be causing the problem. I could talk for hours but another great thing is that when your child cries, the event gets automatically uploaded to the cloud and you can check the footage later on (after you have checked to see baby is ok obviously) and you can also set up your phone to receive noise alerts and the camera is uncanny with knowing the difference between notmal noise and the baby crying. It's got a very sensitive microphone! You can also set up a border in the camera screen that you will get an alert if the baby/toddler/fur baby escapes. You can also set your settings to private streaming so that only someone on your same wifi network can connect to the camera. I often open it up and let my parents check in on their grandson who they don't get to see very often due to living overseas and with corona this is also very nice for them to look in and if I set the camera up with a two way talk they can even speak to him or interact with him from Korea to Netherlands. Gotta love technology! All in all, I wish I could gift one of these to every new parent as it has and still makes my life so much easier! Love lollipop baby camera and have never considered using a different brand. Thanks for reading my very long review!
