This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and quality control processes. No customer should receive a product that smells as though it's been handled or used by someone else.The color delivered was completely different from what was shown in the product images. This isn't a minor variation - it's a significant misrepresentation that makes me question whether this is even the same product I ordered. Color accuracy is fundamental to online shopping, and this level of discrepancy is unacceptable.Despite the underlying material quality, the packaging and presentation were substandard.
