Increased volume, motility, and morphology
This stuff is the real deal. I used to be a heavy smoker and THC user and my count and motility was way down. I took these for about 3-4 months and went back to test it. My count, volume, morphology, and motility all increased. I recommend exercising weekly as well for best results. I did notice my energy increased as well as my focus through the day. I personally didn’t have any side effects. The pills taste like strong lemons. Yea this stuff is a little pricey but it works. I’d say give it a try for at least 3 months since that’s how long the sperm cycles last. If it works for you, then you have a winner and could save you a ton of money compared to other conception procedures.

Terrible taste and smell
Im sure all the minerals and supplements in this product work as intended. But the anti caking and aroma agent they add to this is actually awful and makes it painfully difficult to swallow because of the smell. Don't put that in there please manufacturer

Good but taste bad
Good not sure if they work yet as I’m only a month in. They taste bad though so just be prepared to struggle to take them. Maybe worth it though. Not sure
