XL I would imagine, their not very durable if using them for work, ya need them under your ppe. But if just using them for normal activity. Best waterproofs you’ll ever buy. I’ve got 3 sets, and bought both my sons them for Xmas , both boys super impressed. At just over £30 you won’t be disappointed
