White Chestnut stops that eternal rehearsing
Now I'm not into very many of the Bach remedies, but white Chestnut is my favorite. It seems to cut that eternal going over a situation and gets you onto something else. My 107-year-old mother would say to me, when we couldn't figure something out and kept going over and over it, it's time for White Chestnut.

Love, love, love it
I have used several other bach remedies and this one was no disappointment either! I love the flavor of the alcohol free ones, but honestly it's not a big deal to me with or without it. This stuff works and helps so much without all the side effect stuff from man made meds.

Size Matters
Buyer beware…..I never paid attention to the size of the product…..thought I was ordering what I always have in the past. I opened the package and it was half the normal size. Lesson learned.
