I take my wrist heart blood pressure (not needed) couple of times a day and I am getting ranges of 110/75 118/80 and highest of 125/90. I take readings sat upright well rested, same position resting elbow out stretched with wrist same height as my heart.I &am boarder line to getting slightly high blood pressure. I have only been using it for 1 week, and I am very happy with it. It keeps me alert, focus, and energetic, which helps a lot during workouts. I personally do not feel a "caffeine crash" which is a plus! It does also help as an appetite suppressant. Just one a day has been enough for me so far. I will order it again.

I don't have a problem with appetite and healthy eating fortunately, but I'm unable to exercise currently due to pain levels in my back and have put on a few pounds. Thought I'd try these, but within an hour of consuming I just feel horribly sick. No weight loss, no 'extra' energy. These aren't going back in the cupboard, but in the bin!

i ordered these after reading quite a few reviews from many sources. i have been taking them for one week now and feel great! i have a lot more energy throughout the day, which has given me the boost to get off my bum and move (my house has never been so clean). i have noticed im eating alot less, although im not sure if my appitite has been supressed or im so busy moving and doing things that i forget about food (who cares, same result). the only "side affect" is dry mouth, which leads to my drinking quite alot of water, which isnt really a bad thing to be honest. delivery was much quicker than expected as well. im not sure if ive lost any weight but i do feel more energised for alot longer and therefore more motivated. ive already recommended them to a few people, brilliant at this price!

Okay, so... started these on wednesday last week and in all fairness they do work as I've dropped a few pounds. They make me feel like i have more energy (purely because i feel i could run a marathon at half 11 at night) but they do make me feel slightly dizzy from time to time. Also, if you don't mind skipping a few meals from the feeling of fullness then sure these pills are for you. Now, heres the best bit!! Im so excited to share this with you. My poop is GREEN! and when i say green, i don't mean a fait green, I'm talking traffic light green. So green that when you flush it away it changes the waters colour! It makes me poop more frequently and trust me when i say 'these poos wait for no man' because you will need to find a toilet quite promptly! Other than these few hiccups I'm quite excited to push the pounds out! (See what i did there? ;) )

T5 XTR works for me. Having reached a horrifying weight I knew it was time to do something about it, so a friend introduced me to T5. I was skeptical at first but thought I'll give it a try. I followed the instructions but found I didn't need so much to reduced my cravings. I then structured a meal plan and found that each day I started eating less. I enjoyed my food still but took in less amounts. By week 5, I had lost 16 lb. This diet give me the motivation to say no to junk and took a more healthier path to eating. I know when I am off of it I would have developed a healthier eating lifestyle for the rest of my life. Disadvantage to these pills is that u have to work out your body adjustment to the dosage and take accordingly. I take 1 tablet when I need to, as some days I am able to control my eating habits and don't require them at all. This is taken usually at nights because I work nights and it keeps me awake. A bit jittery sometimes but then it gives u the drive to be more active, which is what I needed anyway. I will continue to take this fat burner until I reach my desire weight. I recommend it to anyone who is serious about losing weight and is willing to work out a healthy meal plan, excercise and change their eating habits. DEPENDENCY on this is not the answer.

I have been using this product for a week now and I already see the results. I have lost 1,5kg with combination of exercise, diet and supplements. After an hour or so of taking this, I do not feel need to eat. Also I feel great and energised :) Great value for money, highly recommend.

I started taking these pills two weeks ago. They arrived within 24 hours of ordering them which was great. I started takin 1 in the morning and 1 at lunch at first and felt full of energy and in was able to get lots done at work(I work with children so the extra energy was great). I struggled to sleep for the first few days so started taking two in the morning and now i sleep fine!!i have already lost half a stone and i must admit i don't exercise other than any exercise time i do at work with 3 year olds, so nothing too physical. I just changed my diet and eat healthier and still allow myself some treats. I wasn't convinced that these tablets would be worth it but i was very wrong. I've tried other slimming tablets and these are far more effective. I will DEFINATELY be ordering more of these tablets when i run out.
