Bandage and pressure dressing in one item? Yes, please! Not to jinx it, but I've not had to use a dressing this intense. When I was an EMT, I did transports. No desire for 911. Nope! But I live in a city with a high crime rate so I do go through small bandages for fights and "accidents" 😳. This item is fairly straight forward as far as bandages go. If a person doesn't have healthcare experience, it might be trial by fire but the directions are very helpful. Plus, if you're like me and have poor spatial awareness, it can get interesting. BUT that's not a flaw with the product. I love these things. I have them in 4in and 6in. There's different designs and be I usually buy my straight from the Israel. I happened to be putting together a stop bleed kit and just needed one sooner. 🤷 they'll understand. 😁 Anyway. These are a good quality and solid construction. It's vacuumed packed but the cheap ones still feel like they'll fall apart when held. Just saying. Definitely add this to your emergency kit. Stop bleed kits are becoming a needed standard item in today's world.

They work very well. If you aren't familiar with them, use one for training and refresh the training often until it is muscle memory. They aren't hard to use. I did have to use one on a serious bleed from a dog's snout and it worked very well as long as he wasn't trying to take it off.

These were advertised as the updated version. They were not, they did not have the anti unroll thread.

Excellent Product

It's a bit odd trying to rate products that you REALLY don't want to enjoy using and truly hope that they'll time out and be discarded. That being said, these dressings click off two of the most important boxes: Clean and convenient. They are well packaged, vacuum packed and ready to go. The dressings themselves are plain Israeli models and are more than adequate. I highly recommend 'wasting' one for training purposes. The Israeli pattern is quite useful if you are familiar with them.

I have some Army bandages and felt I didn't have enough. I'm always thinking about what could happen. Since I take the grandkids with me places, I think about their safety. This makes me feel better. I've doctored them up for years for countless things. These hopefully will never be used, but if needed I'll have em.

They appear awesome. Just wanted to have them for emergencies even here in Canada.
