Not as described
Doesn’t come with a dropper for a product you’re supposed to drop not big amount of it’s pretty difficult without a dropper. I don’t know if that has happened only as me as an error but I just let you guys know.

I need a bigger jar
The oil is easy to use and it’s made of good quality ingredients. I got it to make a specialized lotion for a skin condition. The end result is quite good, so I am quite satisfied to have gotten it.

Lost item got replaced within 3 days
Ordered two items, but only received one, sent email and explained situation 3days ago and didn’t hear anything back. The only one (Palmarose) got sent over is the worst rose essential oil scent Ive ever had. [Update] item got replaced within 3 days. Shipped with a better package so it didn’t lose during delivery. Personally prefer the wooden scent. Can tell that’s good quality oil. Last long.

This is not a strong scent, my empty bottle by Tisserand has stronger better scent, sorry but will return my order!
