Can i use this for baking cakes?

yes, GM's emulsification properties help cake batters retain moisture, giving a much moister finished product. Check most major cake labels and you will see GM in the ingredients.

Is glycerol is it plant based( or vegetarian)???

This product is not plant based nor vegetarian.

Is this as good as Gorilla Mode ?

It is absolutely not as good at gorilla mode glycerol. I have tried the powdered glycerol as well as this product (at the same dose, 10g) and this one doesn’t even feel like it is working compared to gorilla mode. I believe that my bag was contaminated but I cannot even return it. Scummy company. Do not buy and just get gorilla mode or ekkovision.
