Lo estuve tomando por varios días y noté que me ayudó a sentirme un poco más tranquilo y enfocado. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tragar y no me causaron malestar estomacal. Algo que me gustó es que trae buena cantidad (180 cápsulas), así que dura bastante tiempo. El frasco llegó bien sellado y en buen estado. Como siempre, cada cuerpo es diferente, pero en mi caso sí noté un cambio suave y positivo. Me pareció un buen apoyo para esos días en los que me siento más cargado.
