GERMANUS Tobacco Pouch from Genuine Leather - Made in EU - Furvus

Bought the Furvus one as this has a rubber lined compartment which you can empty your baccy into as apposed to other models which are not rubber lined where you would need to put the plastic zip bag inside the pouch. The zipped compartment on the outside takes my filter tips and the zipped compartment on the inside takes my spare skins. The opening of the skin dispenser seems to be only a few millimetres wider than standard sized skins on both sides and I don't know if this will be wide enough to take a packet of king sized papers or not as I don't use them? I use 40g bags of baccy and this pouch is easily big enough to empty all 40g into. I also use a RAW terracotta button as a humidifier in it too which keeps the baccy fresh. The only area i think could be improved on is the zip on the outside. I store my tips in there and the zip is very small for my fingers and thumb. I have ordered a zip extender to attach to it so I am not fumbling to get a tip when its icy cold outside. Overall this is a very well made pouch and keeps all your essential rolling gear in one place. Highly recommended.

Extremely high quality leather and stitching. Nice bi-fold design. Expensive, but I have bought cheap tobacco pouches that do not last. The first one I bought lasted a couple of years before the lining split. Bought a new one because, in fairness, I give my baccy pouches a pretty hard life.

Arrived two days early with an email that told me exactly when it was put through my letterbox. Well packaged, this is a perfect pouch for tobacco. With additional zip pockets for filters, papers or even cash. And a tidy slot that will accept rolling papers. Beautifully finished well stitched leather. A high quality product that looks and feels good. I am really delighted with it and as it's a present I hope my recipient is as pleased.

I buy quite a bit from Amazon and never write product reviews but I felt I had to with this one. Product is great, sturdy, well made etc. I used mine daily for over two years and only recently the latex liner started to crack and break. Other similar products didnt last nearly that long. As the pouch was in otherwise good condition and the leather had aged nicely I was reluctant to throw it away just because of the lining. I contacted the manufacturer to see if anything could be done to salvage it. Without hesitation they asked me to send it back and they sent me a replacement a week later. Superb customer service and they now have a customer for life who will tell anybody who cares to listen about the product. Its win/win!

This is the second one I have bought and yet again after a few months the zip broke. Nice pouch shame the zippy don't last

Quality has declined. Purchased in July 2025 and zip pocket at back has come detached (not sure it was stitched properly). I have purchased many of these over the years, but not sure I will buy again. No way to return and can't see warranty details. Such a shame as these are ideal when made properly

This is my 4th pouch from the manufacturer, normally I get about 3 years it of one, excellent quality but what has failed in the past was the cream plastic lining, eventually tends to crack and the tobacco starts escaping into the void between inner and outer leather. However, on this one they seemed to be trying a new type of lining which does seem to be an improvement, BUT the fitting is a disaster, it’s all crinkled up, so when tobacco level is low, it’s extremely hard to get it out. Also fingers skin seem to want to stick to it which adds to the difficulty. Saying that, Would I buy another one! Definitely Yes, looks well, great value for money, I’ve sometimes treated to outside with a leather treatment which helps the look and feel. Highly recommended, only lost 1 star because of the new type lining.

This is a lovely tobacco pouch and made from quality leather, and I'm really pleased with it. It holds all I need including spare cigarette papers and lots of filters. There's ample room for plenty of tobacco to be stored and the rubber type liner helps stop the tobacco drying out. I had a small issue that needed resolving and the seller was extremely helpful, very polite and sorted it very quickly. I would have no issues buying again from the seller at all. 10/10 for service.

Ich verwende die Tabakbeutel von Germanus seit über 6 Jahren. Meine durchschnittliche Lebensdauer bei starker Benutzung beträgt ca. 14 Monate. Allgemein: - Die Tasche kann mit 40g Tabakpäckchen befüllt werden, was mit Filtern und Blättchen aber die Tasche an die Grenze bringt. 30g sind kein Problem. Pros: - Tabak, Blättchen und Filter in einer kompakten Verpackung. Wirkt subtiler und stielvoller als die Orginalpäckchen mit Abschreckungsbilder. - Das Innenfutter ist geschmeidig und hält den Tabak genauso frisch wie das Orginalpäckchen. Der Tabak kann direkt in die Tasche gepackt werden und nicht wie bei vielen anderen Taschen zusammen mit der Orginalpackung. - Die Nähte sind gut verarbeitet. - Die magnetischen Druckknöpfe schließen praktisch von alleine, halten sicher geschlossen und öffnen sich leicht. Eine Perfekte Balance. Bei frischer Befüllung mit einem 40g Päckchen und vielen Filtern muss man beim schließen etwas nachhelfen, das legt sich aber nach ein paar Zigaretten bzw. ist durch nur eine Tagesmenge Filter vermeidbar. Neutral: - Das Innenfutter ist hell und zeigt nach ein paar Monaten Verschmutzungsspuren durch die Öle im Tabak und dem Schmutz an den Fingern. Kann mit Wasser oder Seifenwasser einfach gereinigt werden. - Das einschieben der Blättchen kann minimal fummelig sein, je nachdem wie eng der Blättcheneinschub genäht ist. Cons: - Das Innenfutter kann nach längerem Gebrauch an der Knickstelle einreißen. Das führt dazu das der Tabak schneller austrocknet, man mit den Fingern ungewollt in den Spalt hingreift und Krümel in den Spalt zwischen Futter und Leder geraten, was dort langsam eine Zusatzmasse bildet. Dieser Fehler ist bei den letzten 2 Taschen nicht mehr aufgetreten, entweder hatte ich Glück oder die Herstellung wurde verbessert um diesen Mangel zu beseitigen. - Die Verzahnung des Reißverschlusses hält nach längerem Gebrauch (ca. 1 Jahr) nicht mehr. In Mittelstellung bleiben die Filter trotzdem recht sicher in der Tasche. Wegen diesem defekt habe ich die letzten 2 Taschen ausgemustert. Ich verwende 40g Päckchen zum befüllen und strapaziere damit den Reißverschluss überduchschnittlich. - !! Betrifft nur das Modell Albrunus !! Wer in einer schmutzigen Umgebung arbeitet sollte lieber zum schwarzen Modell Furvus greifen. Die Hellbraune Farbe der Tasche wird durch Schmutz sehr schnell unansehnlich. Fazit: Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt und werde es weiterhin verwenden.

Ottimo prodotto. Si chiude due volte su se stesso e questo, insieme al materiale in silicone della tasca interna garantisce la freschezza del tabacco. Ideale per contenere 30/40 grammi di tabacco, oltre fa fatica a chiudersi e rimane un pó troppo compresso. Tasca con zip per filtri e scomparto porta cartine. Complimenti.

Die Tasche entspricht genau meinen Vorstellungen. Das Material ist edel. Die Verarbeitung sehr gut. Und der Platz ausreichend für mehr als einen Tag. Da ich eh jeden Tag nachfülle. Klare Kaufempfehlung. Würde sie auch jeder Zeit wieder kaufen. Hatte vorher eine ähnliche und mir ist nach kurzer Zeit das gummierte Innenleben kaputt gegangen. Das war eher wie bei einem Gummi Handschuh. Bei dieser Tasche ist es definitiv Wertiger und ich möchte meinen das es länger hält. Aber das wird sich zeigen. Hab sie jetzt ein paar Tage und ständig im Gebrauch und benutze sie gerne. Der Preis ist hoch, aber Handarbeit und vernünftiges Leder kostet nun mal.
