I found this recommended as an alternative to discontinued Label M Thickening Tonic and initially I was really disappointed, it made my hair very soft and looking even finer than it is but somehow it started working for me when I gave it another chance. I gave it a good shake as it seemed there was a sediment and I am not applying it to freshly towel dried hair but about five minutes later which helps the hair not dry in the “flat state”. Smells quite nice and isn't too difficult to wash from hands.

Really nice feel and smell, Owing to other issues lost a lot of hair for a while when it grew back it was thin and not happy from the 1st application I noticed a difference and so did others. Best advice make sure you work from the roots upwards, a few sprays you need. what I also noticed owing to my scalp being really sensitive no bad reaction either really glad I gave this a go for me 10/10 after trying a lot of others.

I bought this after reading someone’s review asking what wizardry this was… and they were not wrong, this stuff is magical. I have very fine hair that always ends up totally limp after half a day…well, no longer. I spray this after washing and towel drying then I blow dry my hair and it’s brought to life and stays alive, feels and looks thicker. I waited a couple of months to review to make sure it wasn’t a fluke, just ordered another bottle make sure I don’t run out any time soon!

My hair feels great and thicker. I have thin, long straight hair that requires daily washing. I struggle with products that smooth as too greasy, for ‘body’ it dries too much. To achieve any thickness, I always thought I needed to use gels or mousse which often made my hair look a bit greasy or dry and flyaway. This does make my hair thicker ( not 80s big but still voluminous) and smooth but not greasy or weighed down. Getting lots of compliments on condition of hair as does look the healthiest I’ve ever seen. Takes a bit to suss out how much to use. You actually don’t need much and at the high price- you want to use sparingly.

I love this Aveda thickening tonic! You only need a few sprays all over your scalp before styling and it’s not heavy, sticky or stiff! I’ve bought this many times! It lasts about a month or so depending on if you wash your hair everyday or not. I go to an Aveda salon but I love the convenience of ordering online and getting it fast! Good for any hair types and keeps the frizz away!

It holds the hair naturally, and gives it a beautiful volume that lasts till you wash your hair again. Also your hair won’t become oily as fast as usual. It’s a must have !! And I will get it again before the one I have finishes. Once you use it, you will not blow dry your hair without it 🤩

I had read so many nice words about this product. Maybe I noticed a tiny bit more volume for my hair, an even tinier bit lustre ... No, I am not going to buy this again

I love this toner it really does work, my hair lays flat on my scalp even tho I have a lot of hair. but this product gives me volume on my scalp. I only apply it on the top of my head
