Zinsser Allcoat Exterior Water Based Paint Satin White - 1 Litre

Good quality water based paint, easy to apply and looks good.

I used this to paint a new PVC door from brown to white. Two coats and have to say it is excellent paint to use. Very happy with the finish and would definitely use it again.

I am an experienced painter. This is the best paint I’ve bought in a long time. Dries quickly and it’s very handy that you can re coat in an hour. It’s has almost no smell at all and you can rinse brushes off in water. But it goes a long way. So far I have done two coats on a full window frame, garage frame and door, door step into conservatory, a banister and three window sills and I still have half a can (bought 1 litre) left to use! Would highly recommend. Dries to a lovely finish and so handy that you can use it pretty much on anything.

ITS VERY QUICK DRYING AND COVERS QUITE ALOT OF AREA. ALSO CAN BE USED ALMOST ON ANY SURFACE

Very good paint we bought white and then got some black for another job

I've been a Dulux man for years, I recently switched to Crown as I have been fed-up with the yellowing of Dulux white since they had to change the formula. I needed to paint some outside wood, cross beams and pillars on a lean too porch. My old paint had black mould spots and had gone a bit flaky. In preparation I sanded the old wood right back before applying this paint. I was amazed at how easy it went on, it felt like I was painting a second coat it went on that smoothly. It took two coats but I was expecting that and it dries within an hour which was another bonus. On a couple of hard to sand places I had to go over old paint, although it covered it just as easily it hasn't got a thick enough texture to cover small imperfections so I am not sure if I would have been as impressed painting a non prepared surface. I have to give this 5 stars for what I needed it for, bare wood, no primer, no undercoat and just two coats of this stuff and it looks stunning. *Edit** I’m just going through some old reviews, I noticed it’s been nearly two years since I used this paint and I’m happy to report it still looks as good as the day I painted it on. No yellowing, no mould spots, no flaking.

It does what it says on the tin. Going to look out for deals soon as it's very expensive but worth it.
