Can i use one on each foot or is one foot enough?

I got these for my mother she said they work for her. Get them for what ever side hurts. If one foot hurts just that side if they both hurt get one for each foot

How do I get the pins to go back in flush? I have a rough edge sticking out no matter what I've tried. the tool that came with the bracelet is a joke.

you have bent your pin you need to take that pin out and use the extra one that they have provided you must go real slow and steady go straight in . don't go up or down make sure that it is in properly.

Does it help with swelling?

I bought for a friend. It helped her with a painful arthritis . She had swelling but not much. Her main problem was arthritis. Definitely she is better
