Product quality is very low grade and the worst part total waste of money, the Saddest part that you cannot return the product as there is option of replacement only the product is just dumped on our head total waste of money Amazon's should not keep such low grade product on their online shopping portal

Product Material very poor It does not offer dual flow of money feature. It is a plastic product painted like a metal based product. Totally bad plastic too.. No craftsmanship..

I would rate it a 2 because it is a good extension to the water flow. A sturdy product and value for money. The dual mode of flow is absent , so no point trying to twist and turn to try your luck at that . So if you are looking at only an extension , with a 370 deg rotation , it is a great product, but if you are looking at dual modes of water flow, I wouldn't even rate it a 1 because it is just not there . I had to replace it once after which the return request was accepted

Its not brass ,its plastic ....poor quality

They don't send you what's shown here. It's just working (kam chalao) low quality product. The connector sent is also plastic not copper as shown here. The cover also do not have design but low quality plain steel. Dual action do not work you get regular flow. Cost is loaw but you are being fooled here just keep that in mind. Although you will get somewhat working product.

Below average quality. Doesn’t have dual flow. High price. Would not recommend this product. It’s made of plastic and not metal.

My kids love this! Got this for them so they would stop taking cups in the bathroom for drinks of water or for teeth brushing. Put one in my kitchen and it’s great! Water pressure is good and easy to install.

I got this so I could make brushing teeth with my kiddos easier. It definitely is. They enjoy the water spout feature. Easy to install and use.

What a great little invention! I got this for my bathroom sink to make face washing and teeth brushing easier. The upturn of the faucet makes it much easier to wash your face or rinse your mouth without getting water everywhere! And then there's the man of the house who has to shave his face. When he rinses the conventional way he makes a huge mess. This has eliminated that issue.

I first bought the male version and tried for 2 hours and it would not fit my faucet. I then bought the female version, because according to the description it seems slightly smaller and I tried the attachment, and again I tried and tried, but it would not fit. Very frustrating.
