The media could not be loaded. I like the fact that this has zinc, copper, chromium, b complex and d3. A more mature woman's necessary supplements.So far I find this very easy to get my perimenopause natural supplements in 2 gummies.

So far, I have found this supplement to work really well for me as I’ve been taking them since they arrived, I was taking two a day which gave me plenty of energy. main reason for taking them is for night sweats, after being thrown into menopause since 2003 from a full hysterectomy. I am not a candidate for hormone replacement therapy so I’ve always had really bad cold, night sweats. As soon as taking the supplement, I have not had one night sweat. Which is a great thing for me. Five. Stars for that reason alone.

These made me so emotional I couldn’t even get out of the car to go into the grocery store. I cried all the time and I missed important meetings. I had to stop taking it. I haven’t cried since I stopped taking them. I have gone back to my normal self. The doctor said it’s because my hormone levels are normal so I was taking extra hormones on top of my normal levels making me emotional kind of like a pregnant woman. So only take this if your hormones are low, or you might end up a useless puddle like me who can’t even get out of bed to cook or clean or work. It got so bad my husband drove me to the doctor. I’m back to normal now that I stopped taking it. Oh and I haven’t had menstrual cramps since 2017, and I got bad cramps this month. Ugh

Works better than biotin or any hair, skin and nails vitamin I have tried. Taste is slightly unpleasant to me, but that is just me.
