Rubbish packaging
The product was okay but the packaging was rubbish. It was packed upside down, the lid was ajar and the powder spilt everywhere. Not only that but I contacted you and sent photos at your request and I have not since had a response from you. What happened to Customer Care???

A good purchase, but manufacturer needs to re-think the seal around the lid for transportation.
I bought this huge tub of Bisto gravy powder as I have found that all the supermarkets near me are no longer stocking the larger box of Bisto gravy powder. The small one seems to be the price of the larger one and it doesn't last very long at all, so not cost effective, therefore I decided to buy this one and decant it into smaller sealed glass jar which is easy to pick up and use when required. Marked at 4 stars due to the seal around the top of the tub not being suitable, as through transportation, there was gravy powder within the bubblewrap surrounding the tub which had also come through to the delivery box, which had other items in, a couple of which had some of the powder on. This was noted in other reviews, so I partly expected the same.

very good...but, the lid was partially loose, guess what happened...!

Damaged goods
I have purchased bisto gravy salt as it seems to be disappearing from the supermarket shelves. This is a good value product but unfortunately the lid had become dislodged and there was a good deal of bisto powder in the padded envelope it arrived in. It must have been handled quite roughly along the way!! Otherwise a good buy.
