A great knife. Love the way it handles..

We’re always hosting parties, so I bought this knife looking for something that could keep up with the pace. Haven't used to skin a deer yet due to out of season, but used to separate a deer roast and trim silver skin. Worked better than the big box store knives I have been buying. I also like the handle.

I highly recommend this knife the quality is amasing. The cutting abiity is great and the rust resistance is like no other. I will defenetly be repurchasing.

I bought one of these a while back...we butchered a couple hogs, and ordered another as a spare if anything were to happen to the first one..ive never actually sharpened it just a steel hone to straighten the edge up and keep slicing away...they are damn good for the price!!

This is so sharp ,so you habe to be carefull for using this, its lightweight and so thin its good specially slicing a salmon for sushi , you will get the slice you expected .

I keep it sharp and use it often. Does a great job boning chicken thighs.

Good knife but rusted

I bought this for prepping my brisket. I love it

so far this product is garbage, in the sense that even out of the box, it was not sharp. that i can deal with but... iam not convinced the steel will be any good to get this knife sharp. tried to sharpen this knife using a whet stone and it will not sharpen. this product is complete trash. DO NOT BUY!!!
