The company who supplied the kit was very quick to deliver. Top marks to them.
I bought this kit as a change from the Tamiya kit of the same vehicle. From the box illustration, it would seem to be an Afrika Korps vehicle but it is not. The kit is completely inferior to the Tamiya version. I think this is the sort of kit that a Dad would buy for his lad to build then he could play with it. If you want a model of the Kubelwagen, and not a toy, go for one of the versions by Tamiya. This kit is now marketed by Revell with different art work on the box.

Lo monté hace infinidad de años y aún lo conservo en mi vitrina, pero quiero repetirlo pintándolo con toda la experiencia adquirida desde entonces. Es un modelo sencillo, correcto de forma y detalle y muy fácil de superdetallar. Además, incluye el resto de elementos que aparecen en la tapa, lo que permite construir un pequeño diorama sin mayor desembolso. La figura de Rommel es francamente buena. ¿Defectos? No alcanza el nivel de detalle de moldes posteriores, pero su excelente precio y facilidad de mejora lo hacen ideal para los débiles de bolsillo y los principiantes.

Basically the Kubelwagen or WW2 German utility vehicle, similar in use to the US Jeep. The kit is a good representation of a standard Kubelwagen. Very basic kit to enhance scenes of a diorama. Typical Italeri quality.
