Good solid, quality baking tray.
This is a heavy, quality baking tray with a micro-textured base which makes it difficult for food to stick to the bottom of the pan. Probably the worst thing about it is that you cannot put it in the dishwasher and have to handwash it, obviously meaning that the coating possibly isn’t going to last forever. However, I’ve cooked plenty of things on it, such as burgers, chips and chicken fillets, and the results have all been very positive.There’s a big question as to whether it is worth it to pay this much for a baking tray when you could buy several decent quality baking trays for this kind of price. I’m not sure, personally, that I would, but it will be interesting to see just how long this tray will last, given regular use.

Love this baking sheet: it's solid but lightweight. Works well for cookies, buns or sheet pan dishes. I usually line it with baking paper in order to keep the cleaning as easy as possible.

Perfect pan for bûche de Nöel
Purchased this to try my hand at a bûche de Nöel for Christmas. I used a little butter and then laid a parchment sheet into pan and added some spray oil. It’s important not to use spray oil on the pan itself as the chemicals break down the nonstick coating. The sponge turned out great and was easy to remove the cake from… I know that I used parchment but I can tell that the cake would release easily without but with a rolled cake parchment is essential. There are grooves in the pan that allowed for even baking and it was so easy to clean. Rinsed and used a mild soap with soft sponge to clean. This is a really great quality pan that will last a long time and is an excellent price point.
