Not bed, but not perfect, as per product price also high

Doesn't fit the XPS13 9315 at all... The bottom blocks access to the ports and doesn't clip in correctly, and the top doesn't even come close to fitting. What a waste of time and money this was, and the mileage of sending it from the US to the UK, for something that clearly has no quality-control process. I already have one of these cases from a different manufacturer on my XPS17, and it looks fantastic if it's made correctly. This one, definitely isn't. Huge shame too, as they seriously protect a laptop SO well, and are super durable.

I was misled; it is not compatible with my XPS It covers the ports, and I had to return it, but I couldn't send it back. I had no time. But I have time now. So, I have lost my money. But if they haven't misled me. I would not lose my money. Very disappointing. I don't know if I have dumped the case into the bin or my storage place. My laptop spec: Dell XPS 17 9720 Laptop, Intel Core i7 Processor, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, RTX 3060, 17" 4K Ultra HD+ Touchscreen, Silver Why would Amazon allow you to mislead consumers? It is not good at all.

Quality is ok but size doesn't fit for my laptop

As recommended by other reviews, check out the website of the producer for instructions how to put the case on. The case seems fairly resistant and accommodates the correct locations for the fans, openings and ports of the machine, which is a Dell XPS13 Plus. It sits very tight and an accidental detach seems unlikely. However, this is also deficit, since installing it could easily scratch or damage the system if not done very carefully (compared to adding a case to a phone for example). Even though the case closes, the laptop inside does not anymore. Overall for this price I would not buy it again. I could imagine less issues with a material more akin to rubber.

I got the case for my XPS 13 9315. The product is very high quality and super tough, preventing many things from passing through and scratching your laptop. The case fits perfectly on my laptop, so ensure you get the correct laptop size and type for this case as other models will most likely not be compatible with it. However, it's good to know that this case does have this attachment on the front of the laptop to prevent the laptop from opening while you carry it around. The attachment connects the bottom and top pieces of the case and is a bit tough to adjust on my laptop, which is why I returned it. Do keep in mind that the case material extends a bit and overlaps the edge of the inside of the laptop, making the laptop unable to close completely.

I spent what I perceived to be a premium price on the gumdrop case for my new dell XPS13 9315 business laptop, as it is supposed to be a perfect, custom fit. Unfortunately it is not a perfect, custom fit. In fact, the case itself is damaging my lap too because of its design. The case is catching on my laptop screen when you try to push the screen back beyond a 90 degree angle. If it weren’t for the design flaw I’d rate 4-5 stars. However, it’s damaging my computer so I cannot recommend this case to any dell 9315 owners.
