THEY DON'T WORK
I have been taking this for over three months. Then I wen for a blood test. I guess what I was low in Vitamin D not good, not good at all

Great dose as we only need 400iu a day, but...
Great to find a supplement that provides the correct dosage, but... every supplement I find is FULL of bulking agents, talc and nasties. Please do research online and find a clean supplement, not this.

Good dosage for the summer
Good size, therefore easy to swallow. Good value too. It's hard to find vitamin D pills with a small enough dose ; these are just the right dose for me in the summer.

Crumbly and broken.
Very crumbly, so many broken tablets reduced to powder it's impossible to know if you are taking the right dose. Won't be buying this brand again.
