I purchased this product on 8th May and 3 weeks after using it I went through some issues, immediately I did contact support team and explained the issue with the necessary evidences and they quickly swung into action and solved my problem in no time.. I purchased the Nutripro Mixer Blender and my overall experience with the product is good. Initially, the product worked quite well — it was efficient for daily use like making shakes, grinding, and blending. The design is compact and easy to handle, which makes it convenient for regular kitchen use. However, after some months (before completing one year), the product started having issues and stopped working properly. This was a bit disappointing. But the good part is that the company’s customer service was responsive and helpful — they replaced the product without much hassle under warranty. After replacement, the product is working fine again. So, while there was a durability issue initially, the after-sales service made up for it. Overall, I would say the product is good—if you consider the price and the company’s support

The product is good but I wanted specifically to talk about the customer support. An electronic item can get faulty due to n number of reasons but what stands out as the best brand is the customer support. Nutripro is number 1 in that area. My nutripro device motor suddenly stopped working. U contacted the customer support via email and they responded in a day through whatsapp. In next 10 days, my product was replaced. They didn't have to replace the jars and blades as they were perfect but the courier company took them along with faulty motor. So, I got a complete new motor as well as jars and blades as they sent them 2nd time when I informed them that jars and blades were also taken by the courier. I am amazed to see ther support and service. Thumbs up to them.

We had ordered the Nutripro Juicer Mixer Grinder in April 2025. It was running smoothly till this year June 2026. Suddenly it stopped working and since the product had 2 years warranty, I contacted the service whatsapp number and they guided me to share the photos and video of the blender. The support service was really fast and they replaced and sent a new blender and picked up the old one. I am truly satisfied by the customer service of the cookwell team.

Iam writing this review after a year of usage. I use it daily no problems at all. I really appreciate the brand for the support. Last month one of the blender blade got crack in bottom due to excessive usage. I just called the customer care, they asked to share some photos of the product and my address. Few minutes later I got message from the brand for new blades at zero cost. And about the juicer it’s really a great product must buy. The only problem I face is the quality of the lid and sipper attachment can be improved. Otherwise this the best juicer.
