Ashwaganda with KSM 66 Good Choice
Price was right. So far so good. AstroGin is supposed to help with absorption and is supposed to be a benefit for weight lifters and athletes. I will likely purchase again.

Noticable stress reducer
A started taking this in the morning, especially on days when I know I'm facing a busy day. Wether it's stressful meetings, or anxious clients, I appear to do better on the days when I take it. It's easy to swallow with food or a drink which I would recommend as it does have an almost earthy taste to it.
