Detailed Product description says it is a dual SIM phone but the one I received is a single SIM phone with a US charger. A warning sticker on box mentions that it should only be used on T-Mobile network.

I thought this phone has dual sim slots but it has only one reason I returned. Secondly when I charged it became heated up in first 10 mnts and also this suppliers mentioned that this phone has back cover when I opened it there was nothing. Anyway everyone have their own opinion. Thanks

Regular security updates and bugs fixes. (Probably faster than any other Android device) 5. Not to forget the alert slider that helps you switch your phone's profile according to your needs. 6. The premium build quality with Gorilla Glass victus protection, also the mat finish with Volcanic black texture gives this device a luxury feel. 7. The best part about this device is its ability to manage the heating issues. Had the most amazing gaming experience with this device and doesn't heat up like Samsung, Google and Apple devices. 8. Rating: ⭐ (One Star is more than enough) I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the post-purchase support experience. I purchased a phone from SA Infosys Pvt. Ltd. through Amazon, and right from day one, the device had a green line on the screen. I reached out to Amazon expecting help, but was simply told they’re just a mediator and advised to visit OnePlus customer care. After a quick check and a few restarts, the green line temporarily disappeared. But within days (on June 20), a pink line appeared on the display. I revisited OnePlus, and while they replaced the display after four days (June 24), they broke the back panel in the process. After raising concerns again, the back panel was eventually fixed — but from the same day, I started experiencing severe heating and battery drain issues. Since then, I’ve visited the service center 4–5 times, only to be told yesterday that now the motherboard is faulty. This has been a nightmare. I’ve spent ₹34,000 of my hard-earned money, and I’m still left without a properly functioning phone. No accountability, no permanent resolution — just frustration.

Good - Overall the phone is a pure flagship, with a very good 2k LTPO 2.0 DISPLAY, Amazing audio output, Super Haptics, smooth software experience, super fast charging, Good camara setup and what a beautiful bold design with super In-hand fill. Bad - Updates are not properly given, still July sequrity patch, 5000 Mh battery should last longer more optimization required, Google phone dialer crashed many times, YouTube hanged many times. For fixing YouTube crash you have to restart your phone, Phone is getting hot with normal usage. I previously used OnePlus 5t which was my best phone, Super fast, No lags that's why I bought this phone. This all cons. can be fixed by software updates so oneplus please fix this issues Then this will be the best flagship phone of 2022.
