Good Lord I miss building Models.. and being young
Bought this for my father. 94yrs old still living on his own and sharp as a tack. Home bound and in need of projects this was his birthday present. In 66 he was the sole breadwinner for my mother,I and 4 siblings and after 2 station wagons bought a 66 Mustang. My mother said nothing. 6cl and 3 speed, my sister, brothers and I learned to drive on that car. I learned that you could have a picnic spread under the hood when you were working on a car and to this day have never driven anything that could compare. (never had a new car nor bought a used one - 20 or so years soo.. caveat). Crap.. waxing nostalgic... The model was perfect and with the Barka Lounger, Big Screen TV with the big number remote and the old man S$%* that I will be receiving as gifts in short order, this was the gift he most cherished. Thanks!

Not happy with molding on body, interior, grill horse.
Wasn't pleased with molding on body and dash. Still in paint shop so no building comments.

This was my first time doing one of these car kits and man was it complicated. Even harder because i didn't have any tools.. BUT its so close to the real thing! Piece by piece its amazing

Glad the '66 'Stang is still available somewhere!
Just going to build a tribute to my bride's first car. The kit still had good crisp details and very little spru flash.
