Why does this look exactly the same as the kymbella bar cabinet from wayfair by gracie oaks?

Didn't see that one when I was looking . AllI can say is my wife just loves the one we got. The color on the other one doesn't look the same as the one we bought and we were looking alot at color

How high is the countertop?

Hi, thanks for your question. The height of the countertop to the floor is 36".

Is the antique white more of a cream color? And how dark is the bar top on the antique white?

I did not get the antique white so unable to advise on the antique white

Can you use without the top part?

Sure but why buy one with top just buy base
