Actually a beautiful ladder….gorgeous black frame with the “wood” steps!
Got this to go in our newly built custom closet. Matches the beautiful wood of our closet, and actually a few people have said they thought it came from the closet company that did the closet and install. Not too heavy or bulky, so easily moved, even for someone like me who has had multiple spinal surgeries, with metal hardware in my spine.Originally ordered the 4 step, it arrived quickly, but it felt a bit bulky, so returned that one and ordered the 3 step.Return was sooooo easy! UPS picked it up the very next day.

Sturdy
I needed a ladder for my closet after new shelves were installed. It is exactly as promised and works great. It is a bit heavy but works and looks nice.

Very stable, excellent quality
I cannot say enough about this ladder. It’s convenient it’s safe. It allows you to sit something on the top. Hold onto the handle while you’re walking up or down it’s just been a positive addition to my life. I recommend it for anyone who may need a little extra support when standing on a ladder to get things out of reach

Nice product
The ladder is well built and sturdy. It folds up really thin. I didn't like the plastic protector that had to be removed. It went under the bars instead of on top which made it difficult to remove. Other than that, it's great.

Looks like the picture. Easily folds and fits in small spaces. Top step is safe, but you will need to be careful since the ladder isn’t high enough for a hand hold.

well made and stable
this is a nice size compact ladder that is easy to use and fold up afterwards. I'm 250+ pounds and this ladder is very stable. once folded it fits easily in our laundry room. this beats carrying a 6' ladder in the house when you need a ladder

Love this slim ladder
I am writing a review because I think this is a terrific ladder. It takes up so little space and is very sturdy. Allows me to go up as much as eight and 9 feet to the highest shelves in my closet. I always felt uneasy on a regular two or three step stepladder but didn’t want to bulky regular ladder. I am thrilled to have this because I feel it’s a safe way to access high things and it’s just very much out-of-the-way in my closet. The quality is excellent.
