A great product. All natural herbs and vitamins take time to build up in your system before seeing results. It's been about 3 weeks now and I do see and increase in energy. Sure hair and skin results will show soon but for now out with all those other vitamins. This replaces my iron, multi vitamins, hair/nail/skin vitamins and collagen powder. It may soon replace my turmeric as well. Add that cost up and you will see the price for these are not really bad.

I just learned about Energy Bits watching Catherine’s interview on Dave Asprey Podcast. Amazing and Powerful information that i had not known and soooo needed to hear for my quality of life and healing!!! I just started yesterday with Beauty Bits and Recovery Bits. My initial notice is more energy today which is something i have missed for quite awhile!!! I suffer from multiple autoimmune diseases, spinal issues and a breast cancer survivor. Haven't been able to try them very long but so far so good. Easy to take as a tablet, I really haven't cared for the flavor in the past but with the tablets I don't taste it. Haven't noticed too much else but it's only been a couple days.

Health benefits: So far I'm loving these bits. Bits of energy. I feel great already. My hair is much better since I started taking these. I will continue taking these for all of the benefits I am seeing.

I just got these and I know they will be great because the ingredients are all really good for you! As advertised, they are one ingredient, zero sugar, forty nutrients, keto, vegan, non Gmo & easy to swallow or chew. Very handy in the small packets to throw in in your pack or purse. Maybe a tad expensive if you take the max daily suggested amount.

I ordered the sample packs first to see if I liked them. I read other reviews about swallowing them & 30 tablets & freaked out a bit. I have heard so many good things about spirulina algae and trying to find ways to take it every day. The tablets are small, smaller then a normal size tablet. If you have no issues swallowing pills you will be fine. If your like me & many others out there and the packaging says 1 serving size of 30 tablets that's scary. There's no way that is happening, it would take me ALL DAY to get 30 tablets down. So, I did it my way 2-4 a day. I still notice a change. Whatever you do, don't chew them, they are gross tasting. You can also add them in your blender & mix with your smoothie. (that saves you from having the swallow all 30) I have noticed I have more energy and less headaches. Must be all the green.

Easy to take and convenient packaging. However, I am not sure about the overall effectiveness of this product. I sampled it and took it within three to four days…maybe not enough time to see any positive effects. It did make my skin a little itchy though.
