Product doesn't feel genuine and caused significant hair fall - AVOID
Having bought OGX products for a number of years and become familiar with their qualities, this product does not feel genuine. It arrived open with some product leaking out of the bottle. After using it for 2 weeks I noticed significant hair fall which I can only attribute to this shampoo and matching conditioner because that was the only change in my hair care routine and the hair fall has stopped immediately after I ceased using the products. I wouldn't recommend buying this product off Amazon as there doesn't seem to be quality control despite this being a well known hair brand.

Over charged
Great product but I think it's disgusting that Amazon allow you to set up a subscription, market it as 5% discount, and then on a repeat order charge you twice as much as what it costs to just buy it without the subscribe discount.

Dryer my hair out to feel like straw
Do not like this shampoo and conditioner at all ! Before using this my hair was nice healthy and shiny . I brought it to try and tame my frizzy wavy hair . After the first use it feels dry and straw like , and I will have to do some oil treatments to undo what it’s done to my hair ! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Fake shampoo
FAKE SHAMPOO, not legitimate. Noticed the label straight away , it’s a copy. I compared it to the shampoo in boots and the shampoo is supposed to be a silver colour but the one in this bottle is slightly orange!
