can I use these on a suitcase?

they are designed for an office chair... no way could you use these on a suitcase....buy a new one, they come with wheels now...

Are the stems already installed on the wheels? I'm looking for a wheel that has just the hole and not the stems.

The stems are already installed into the wheel

Stem too thick to fit in the slot. Any idea what the next size down is? Does this company sell anything with a slimmer stem?

Stem size is the standard size. If the hole is too small try checking to see if you can drill out the hole to fit the stem. There are some smaller stems but finding them is difficult.
