The only Magnesium brand I use.
These are my go-to for magnesium citrate. I need 400mg and this is the only brand that has each pill 200mg rather than 100mg or 450mg. I took one a day at first to get my tummy used to it then two a day from there. Arrived when estimated and quality was as expected. They work wonderful for me, I use them to help control my migraines. It does take a bit for the stomach to get used to these, though helpful for stomach issues as well. They do not taste like anything if they get stuck on your tongue as you take them. The price is average for this same brand elsewhere though it is hard to find it in the stores now.
