Hi, it depends on your hair texture. My hair which is quite thick and course (I'm black Caribbean), gets quite dry as does my scalp so for me, it's ideal daily. If depending on your hair texture, could make it quite greasy. Hope this helps :)

Hey ;) Results in terms of what growth or just manageability? I terms of growth I noticed within a few weeks, however, my hair grows semi quickly and I had in a weave as a protective styling. In terms of manageability, it was fairly instant. As soon as it put it on, it would make my hair a lot soft and I could comb it out a lot easier. It also really soothed my dry ends and my hair gets very dry. A little goes a long way. I hope I answered you question x
