Made in Ireland all of our chocolate is of the highest quality. Founded in Georgian Dublin in 1932, Mrs Mary Butler began her chocolate making enterprise in Lad Lane. Now owned by the second generation of the Sorensen family, but continuing with our founder’s name, we create gourmet chocolate that customers love to indulge in. Pour a teacupful of full cream milk (about 150ml/5fl oz) into a saucepan. Add a Butlers Hot Chocolate Cup. Warm over a medium heat, stirring all the time and allow the Hot Chocolate Cup to melt. When the chocolate has melted and is thoroughly mixed with milk, pour into a cup and enjoy. Your perfect hot chocolate at home is ready to enjoy. For best results, we recommend the above method. Alternatively, heat milk in a microwave, taking care not to boil, add a Butlers Hot Chocolate Cup and stir well until the chocolate has completely melted.
