Failed within 7 days of use - SECULINK was no help at all!
I cannot recommend this product as it never functioned properly. That said — This company deserves negative stars for its customer service—it is absolutely the worst. I purchased the Reolink 32CH 4K NVR system after returning the RSECULINK system, and the Reolink system has been working perfectly. In contrast, the RSECULINK Seculink 32CH 4K NVR is simply terrible. Its interface is clunky, and the unit failed completely after just a few days of use. To put it bluntly: the RSECULINK system is junk. I bought this NVR to connect with my 20 POE IP cameras. Initially, everything worked fine, but after the first few days, all cameras lost connection to the NVR. The only temporary solution was to reboot the system, which would restore functionality for 12 to 24 hours before the cameras went offline again. This cycle repeated continuously. After seven days, the NVR itself failed to boot properly. It gets stuck on the SECULINK logo for over five minutes and doesn’t progress further. I tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including unplugging and reconnecting the power several times, but the problem persisted. The unit remains frozen on the same screen. This is clearly a defective product. To make matters worse, RSECULINK’s customer support was unhelpful—as useful as a chocolate teapot. I tried everything to resolve the issue on my own since the company offered no meaningful support. Ultimately, I contacted Amazon, explained the situation, and they agreed to a full refund (thank you, Amazon!). The system is now boxed up and ready to be returned. In summary: the system is unusable, with cameras disconnecting every 12–24 hours. RSECULINK’s support was nonexistent, sales was unresponsive, and returns refused to help. If you’re considering RSECULINK, do your research very carefully. If you run into issues, you’ll be on your own.

Not reliable at all. Not trust worthy as a security system.
Didn't get the one pictures. Back looks different. Easy to use because it doesn't do much. Way under-powered CPU. doesn't do 32 channels barely. Hard time with just 16 channels. Can't save settings as that feature is missing. Need to lower frame rate and resolution to lowest to get anything to work. No product support, no updated firmware. No help whatsoever. No built in motion detection. NVR and ONVIF do work somewhat but barely. No worth the cheat cost.
