Bushiroad Weiss Schwarz Booster Pack, Azure Lane, Box

I've purchased a lot of Weiss Schwarz (particularly Azur Lane boxes) via Amazon, and as long as I've purchased from sellers who have Prime fufillment, I haven't had any issues. Until today. One of the two boxes (both from the same seller) had loose shrink wrap that had been cut on one side. The adhesive on that side had also been worn and opened, as is displayed in the images above. The box had no R or higher rarity cards. You can see the card stacks side by side from both boxes in the third attached image - Weiss packs always contain the same number of cards, regardless of rarity. So the stacks should be even in height, but one is significantly shorter because it had almost 20 fewer cards. The other box was fine - It had the correct shrink wrap, no damage to the adhesive, and had all of the expected cards, including the 3 SR or higher rarity cards that are garunteed in the box. Both came from the same seller, which means the box was either tampered with by the wholeseller or was tampered with in the Amazon warehouse (which seems far less likely). Either way, I will be avoiding the seller 31STORE-JP in the future; while I doubt they tampered with the box they failed to spot clear signs of tampering and shipped the product anyway.

Was my first box in great condition no damages what so ever. Got a signed card to. Definitely going to buy more.

Box was dented on the side with creases along looking like it's been opened before. Also there was no notice in the description or anywhere that it was the English version and not the Japanese version. The image shown was the Japanese version so I assumed it was that. I'm still going to open it but honestly waste of money. Seller was from BuyerDirect.

Came very fast as advertised, legit cards.

The cards themselves are really nice, but the problem is that they are in Japanese, not English, and nowhere does it tell you that the cards are in Japanese. I suppose they assume you'd know they're in Japanese, but it's disappointing to learn that when you were planning to build a deck with them.

Be warned. This is sold as English but showed up previously opened and in Japanese. Promos and SRs removed. Filled with cards from other games and sets.

Great condition , a bit late of delivery

I got a Sp in an order of 3 but my order of 6 was odd. A lot of the SR were in the top few packs. It could just be factory though. Seller seems solid
