Compact yet Powerful
I picked one of these up to quickly replace a previous generation PRX815XLFW, which I dearly loved. The experience so far is excellent, and it is noticeably more powerful, which makes sense, as it is rated higher. Of course two is ideal, but one is more than enough for a pair of tops, and as an electronic music DJ, I use it to turn almost any environment into a club setting. A lot of people are surprised at how rich, and satisfying the sound is, as it's not really a large subwoofer, actually small enough to put in the back seat of my sedan, with the slip cover. I would just say make sure you know when it's turned up too loud, a lot of people are not good at this, and it can lead to premature failure, or damage to the speaker, and this is not a cheapo model. That being said, these do have a 7 year warranty, which is hard to beat. Everyone crying about the Bluetooth, if you really need it, you'll just download the app.
