I ordered one of these earlier in the year to hang net curtains quickly for additional privacy while working from home. The previous one I had ordered from a different supplier arrived wrapped only in cling film and was bent. This one is much sturdier and was easy to put up. I was so impressed, I ordered two more this winter to hang additional thermal curtains. So far all good and I will be able to take them down again easily when the warmer weather returns. My daughter is contemplating buying some to put in a utility room to use as a clothes racks. I would think that they will be strong enough to support the weight of coats and the spring loading efficient enough to ensure that the pole remains in place.

Absolutely great product! Purchased for a dorma window which meant we couldn’t put up a normal curtain pole up. Stud walls and a ceiling that we didn’t know how strong it was meant we opted for a tension pole. Worked a treat, easy to put up, sturdy and does the job. I would seriously consider using a tension pole more often. Only point to note is as there is no bracket there is nothing to secure the final hoop of your curtain near to the walls. A heavy hand could pull the curtain into the middle.

Great product. I like that it’s extra long as my bathroom is a weird, rectangle shape and ridiculously long rather than wide. Anyways, I was able to fit the pole very easily. The stoppers on the ends hold it in place very well and it supports the weight of the shower curtain (curtain not included) perfectly. Very happy with it. It feels nice and sturdy. Great.

Since this can extend just longer than the height of a room in the average UK home, I used this to make an indoor dust tent without having to drill into ceilings or floors, it does the job well!

The instructions to install this rod have no relationship to reality. You are told to compress it which is absolutely impossible.

Despues de buscar y buscar una barra para la bañera grande, esta me ha ido perfecta. Aguanta bien. Bonita. Aunque un pelin cara, pero bueno, queda muy bien puesta. Recomendada....en mi caso para cortina de baño.
