Very pleased with the quality and effectiveness of the tins. The cake removed easily although I did line with baking paper to be on the safe side. This was the first time I have baked a unusual shaped cake. The songe baked evenly. I used a chovolate cake recioe and filled the tin to approx the 3/4 mark. I'm pleased with the outcome. The tins cleaned easily too. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent cake tin. Made a brilliant birthday cake (utilised the 0 to form a number 6). Excellent sponge. Easy to clean and use very sturdy. Will Use this tin again as a template for other birthday ages ! Cannot fault it!

This does what I need it to. Worked well and the cake came out easily, I did help it along by using cake release spray. My only mini negative would be that it is not completely sealed around the edges if you were using a very runny batter you would need to stand this on a baking sheet so it did not spill in the oven. Only comment would be if you were a novice baker you might struggle to know what mixture to use in this novelty tin But I would defiantly buy any other numbers I needed in the future

My daughter used this to make her 11th birthday cake. We used the Nigella Lawson chocolate orange cake recipe (from her website and also in her Feast book). One and a half times the recipe was the perfect quantity to make 2 cakes with this tin. We lined the bottom with greaseproof paper, and greased the sides of the tin. Cake cooked and released from tin perfectly. Will buy others from the range, though somewhat irritated to see that the '0' tin costs nearly £17....like turning a decade older isn't painful enough as it is!

Leaks from corners when in the oven. Scratches all over when it first arrived, looked as if it had been used previously. Welded terribly. Not satisfied and would not recommend, waste of money.

This is a cheap tin that is wqarped slightly oon the sides so even a greased floured pan does not allow the cake to slide out. this is further ruined by the lip at the top. this is a waste of a purchase and would recommned looking for an alternative tin

This is just the coolest thing. My daughter ran a marathon, so I got a "2" and a "6" and made the two cakes (yes, I left out the ".2", although the creative possibility of adding a cupcake for the "point" sounded fun... I just didn't have that kind of time - or drive). They turned out AWESOME, and were a big hit with family & friends who saw my pic on Instagram :-) Although I would have rather made it from scratch, time only allowed a box cake, so I used ONE Duncan Hines box for EACH NUMBER. When poured, it only fills up the number about ' of the way, but as it bakes, it rises quickly and it *perfectly* rose to the top of the pan. I baked them in my Viking oven for 45 minutes, which is about double the time for a small cake, but I kept checking on it, so I recommend you do the same. Note: I did grease the pans with Crisco beforehand, and there was ZERO problem plopping the cake onto the cooling rack. If I had a HUGE kitchen, I would get every number because they just turned out SO CUTE. Not to mention, the decorating possibilities are endless :-)))

Die Form fasst das Volumen eines üblichen Rührkuchens (oder aber sogar das 1,5 fache, wenn die Zahl etwas höher werden soll). Sie ist dicht und nichts läuft heraus, die Verarbeitung hat mir ebenfalls gefallen. Nach gutem Einfetten ließ sich der Kuchen nach dem Backen auch recht einfach aus der Form lösen (das kommt aber sicher auch etwas auf den Teig an, bei mir hat es mit einem Rührkuchenrezept und auch einer Sahnetorte auf jeden Fall gut geklappt). Ich kann die Form absolut empfehlen :) Man muss nur bedenken, dass die Formen dafür gedacht sind den Kuchen zu stürzen, d.h. was beim Backen unten ist, ist nachher oben, was aber an sich natürlich super ist, da hier auch die Form am besten herauskommt. Mögliche Bäuche die beim Backen entstanden sind, müssen dann aber ggf. abgeschnitten werden, damit die Zahl gerade liegt.
