Not used it yet. But, I'm sure it'll do the job. Good value, arrived quickly. Only one criticism. Maybe stronger packaging required (or more careful courier). Pretty heavy, the bottom of the tin is bulging out from a drop. Fortunately, it's not split, so it doesn't really matter, but could have been messy.

Just what I needed
I needed something to prevent moisture from wicking up an array of concrete plinths and rotting the decking they supported. This thick, solvent-based jollop was exactly what I needed. I expect it'll outlast me.

Excellent product.
Easy to apply, I used an old brush to get the bitumen into the joints and coat inside an old wallhead gutter which had been leaking into the cavity. Quite a number of joints around a bay window. Rainwater seems to flow much better around the gutters now. The remainder of the Black Jack will be kept for later touch-up and general roof repairs.
