Der "Klassiker" unter den Dampfkochtöpfen - ohne unnützen Firlefanz.
Hervorragende Qualität - dieses französische Systhem habe ich schon lange gesucht. Hatte damit bereits vor 65 Jahren beste Erfahrung gemacht. Mit einem späteren Produkt (nicht sicher - der Dichtring hat nachgegeben und eine heillose Sauerei verursacht). Mit diesem Topf kann sowas niemals passieren. Leider bekomme ich keine deutsche Bedienungsanleitung für die Beantwortung meiner Frage bezüglich einer Besonderheit (Ventil rotiert) - bisher leider keine Reaktion von "SEB in Deutschland".

The best pressure cooker in the world! Simplicity, quality, warranty from SEB. My mother has this model for 37 years and replaced twice the O-ring, twice the valve and the top handle! Good purchase I would say. The pressure cooker has exactly the same quality like 37 years ago, except the bottom side which is improved with 3 layers of metal. Now the choice is yours... P.S. the manual it's coming in french I am sorry, who has google to translate...

Sua maestà la Pentola a Pressione
Dopo un'odissea di altre pentole di note marche che mi hanno deluso profondamente (acciaio che si anneriva, e altri problemi), sono approdato per caso a questa pentola. E' meravigliosa, pesante, possente, e non sbaglia un colpo. Acciaio ancora perfetto (la usiamo almeno una volta al giorno), nessun problema di sorta, verdure cotte perfettamente, nessuna trafilatura di acqua e sembra ancora nuova. Costa un poichino di più delle altre, ma il prezzo vale tutto la spesa, Vi durerà una vita Consigliatissima
