This is short, simple and to the point. It does a great job of explaining how to get from herb to finished product. I think it is a great size to keep handy and refer to. its okay... perhaps some overlap
have a couple of different rosemary gladstar books. I choose this one due to fact dedicated to children's health. while its not bad its seems a bit redundant with her other books.
