With most items in the UK you get the statutory 12 months guarantee. Whether or not you can extend that period (at a additional cost of course) I'm not sure, but that would usually be offered at the time of purchase if it was available.

Does it have rubber belts or is it direct drive with no parts to keep replacing? the rubber belts keep breaking every couple of uses in my bissell!!

Carpets are walkable just after shampooed. Dries very quickly it's just damp after finished highly recommend this machine. My carpet is a heavy pile
