Perfect for Remarkable 2!!
I recently purchased this stylus for my Remarkable 2 tablet, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. This stylus offers a perfect combination of functionality and affordability, making it an excellent alternative to higher-priced name brand pens. The 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity are impressive. Whether I'm writing, sketching, or highlighting text, the stylus responds accurately to my varying pressure levels, providing a natural and precise writing experience. The lines are smooth, and the pen captures even the subtlest of strokes, allowing for detailed and expressive work. One standout feature of the stylus is the digital eraser. With just a flip of the stylus, I can effortlessly switch from writing to erasing, making corrections and edits a breeze. The eraser function works seamlessly and effectively, saving me time and offering convenience in my workflow. The build quality of the stylus is commendable. It feels solid and well-constructed, providing a comfortable grip and a balanced weight. The pen is ergonomically designed, allowing for extended periods of use without causing any discomfort or strain on my hand. Setting up the stylus with my Remarkable 2 tablet was hassle-free. It seamlessly connects via electromagnetic resonance (EMR) technology, ensuring a stable and responsive connection without the need for Bluetooth pairing. The stylus has a long battery life, which means I can focus on my work without interruptions. Another significant advantage of the stylus is its affordability. Compared to higher-priced name brand pens, this stylus offers similar functionality at a fraction of the cost. It provides an excellent value for the money, allowing me to enjoy the benefits of a high-quality stylus without breaking the bank. In conclusion, this stylus is a fantastic choice for Remarkable 2 tablet users! Its impressive pressure sensitivity, convenient digital eraser, comfortable build, and affordable price point make it a standout stylus option. If you're looking for a reliable and budget-friendly alternative to name brand pens, I highly recommend considering this stylus!!

Why would you look anywhere else?!
King Write MR05 stylus feels very comfortable in my hand. It has a light, balanced weight that makes it easy to use for extended periods without any discomfort. I've been using it for 2 months with my Remarkable 2. Another standout feature is the stylus's 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity. This precision is a game-changer for both writing and drawing, allowing for a wide range of line weights and depths with minimal effort. It captures every nuance of my handwriting and sketches. The digital eraser at the end of the stylus is incredibly handy, enabling quick corrections without having to switch tools and palm rejection technology is another plus. It works flawlessly, allowing me to rest my hand on the screen without unintentional marks. Lastly, the magnets on this stylus are a thoughtful addition. They're strong enough to securely attach the stylus to the side of my Remarkable 2, however, I would not go for a run with it. No charging, no bluetooth connections, comes with 2 nibs and compared to a $100 and $120 Remarkable stylus, the King Write MR05 is a KING!!

A great EMR stylus for the price
Let's get the biggest con out of the way first and the it's the one that every serious review will mention: the magnet is terrible. The stylus has to be positioned juuust right in order to adhere to a metallic surface and, even then, the slightest bump will send it flying. So, if that’s a concern, just stop reading here because this isn’t the stylus for you. Likewise this pen lacks a battery that would be required to power any kind of Bluetooth functionality so there are no remote features included with this stylus. That might be a potential downside if you happen to use those features on the regular (I do not). Other than that, this stylus works very well and makes for a fine replacement/companion for the S-pen that comes standard with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. The build is solid, with a heft that feels appropriate and comfortable, approximating a quality ballpoint pen. The shape of the barrel is about right, with the side button easily accessible no matter your pen-holding “posture”. It is easily pressed on purpose but no so easily that accidental clicks should be a problem. The real stand-out feature of this pen is, of course, the built-in eraser. I have, so far, been very impressed with this function! It works well across every art-focused app I’ve tried, mostly HiPaint to Clip Studio Paint, where I spend most of my time when using the tablet. One thing I won’t cover in-depth is the feel of the nib. I admit that really enjoy the interaction of Samsung's softer default nibs with the super-slick glass of their tablets, so I didn’t spend much time with the King Write’s included nibs, which are firmer. Now, from what I could tell, the included nibs worked fine but were of a different feel than I prefer. So, the first thing I tried was to swap out the King Write's nib with one from the S-pen and it worked flawlessly! This simple fix easily solved what I saw as a potential roadblock to my enjoyment of using this stylus over the S-pen. On the software side, the pressure sensitivity works great, delivering accurate, smooth lines of various thickness with gentle but firm pressure required for the thickest strokes. The tilt detection works just as it should, no surprises there, with the pen reaching a pretty reasonable angle before the barrel interferes with the nib’s contact with the writing surface. There are many, many EMR styluses of various prices and, I'm sure, quality available on the internet. Many of the cheaper options are made by no-name companies, others carry higher price tags. This product seemed like a good middle ground and I’m glad I gave it a shot, as I think it will replace my trusty S-pen as the default option going forward. The lack of any remote Bluetooth features might give some potential buyers pause but, honestly, it’s a feature I never use on this particular device (though I do occasionally find it useful on my phone). All in all, this is a competent stylus at a reasonable price and I hope to get a lot of use out of it. TLDR: Pros: -Solid build and comfortable to hold -Button is unobtrusive but easily accessible -Accurate and responsive -Compatible with S-pen nibs -Built-in eraser is a great feature Cons: -Weakest magnet imaginable -No remote functionality

Works great in my Remarkable 2. Cheaper and easier to use.
I bought the King write stylus because the tip of the Remarkable one broke (it is the second time) and they said it was not under guarantee and there was nothing they could do. I liked the fact that this stylus is priced well below the Remarkable one. It has an eraser in the top which works. Ergonomics are good. I use Remarkable for my notes on a daily basis and the tip seems to last. What I liked the least is the eraser. It does not remove everything in one pass. nevertheless, it works. I would buy this pen again. Never ever the Remarkable one.

Incredible for the price
I purchased this to use with my Remarkable2 e-ink device. Let me just say that this pen has a better feel and has the same writing accuracy as the high-end Remarkable2 pen that sells for almost 3x as much. The Remarkable pen's eraser side feels like I'm scratching my writing surface, whereas the King Write's eraser smoothly glides over the writing surface while still giving the feeling of pencil on paper. This pen even works flawlessly on my Galaxy Tab S8+. If you're looking for a Samsung Pen replacement or an alternative to the expensive pens sold with the e-ink tablets, you HAVE to try this one out first. For a fraction of the price and all the same features, accuracy, feel and more... it's a no-brainer.

For the reMarkable 2 it will do....
Edit 1 year later: No longer working - the stylus connects with the screen without the tip touching the screen, creating unwanted marks. Also, the eraser no longer works. Hitting the side button (that is not used for the reMarkable) was annoying because the stylus would stop writing, and the magnet is still weak. Check out the QIOFEARTH EMR Stylus for $36 that I think is primarily for the reMarkable. Amazing. Pros: price, reMarkable2 OEM nibs fit, eraser is more precise than the reMarkable2's pen's eraser because it's curved Cons: it's thinner so harder to hold, texture is about the same (maybe a tiny bit smoother than the OEM pen), it's shorter (but not a big deal for me), and it's barely magnetic. However, since I put the pen into a strap with a pocket with a leash (I lose stuff), that's not an issue for me. Nibs are harder to change because the collar is tighter. But maybe that's why the reMarkable pen collar is breaking for so many of us. The nib that comes with this pen doesn't make contact as well so the medium thickness ballpoint pen is like a fine, and the fine is like an extra fine. Luckily, the OEM nibs fit. Would I buy this again if needed? You bet! Saved $80!

Very good!
I was sceptical to buy a replacement pen when I broke the original one for Remarkable 2. I decided to buy this one since the reviews were good and the price is half of a Remarkable one. I was pleasantly surprised! In my opinion the writing experience is much better with this pen. The magnet is not so strong, but for me it's not a problem. It attached easily and stays in place. Based on the looks, it seema likw this pen does not have a fragile tip like the remarkable one. I will buy this pen every time!

Solid pen - only downside, magnet to attach to reMarkable is very weak
I have the pen for a couple of weeks not and used it a bit. It seems to work well and the eraser is great (better than the reMarkable eraser in my opinion). The only downside is the magnet that let's you attach it to the side of the reMarkable. I didn't realize how used to this feature I have become. When I put my pen down I normally have it click on to the side and I don't fumble around for my pen. The King Write has a very weak magnet and it is not easy to find the sweet spot to connect to the side. When it does connect it is so weak that I am not confident leaving it there for fear of it dropping to easily. Surprisingly this one feature has led me to keep using my reMarkable pen (with a broken eraser) in many circumstances because it is just easier to click it on and off the reMarkable. So in the end... good pen and value vs the costlier reMarkable one, but this lacking feature is a bit of a bummer for me.

Great S Pen Alternative if you like the S Pen's shape but need more weight and an eraser
My go-to S Pen alternative right now. It's the same thickness as the official S Pen but has more weight to it, and can also be stored on the back when using Spigen's rugged case. I've switched out the nib for a metal one since I use a paperlike screen protector (I bought Staedtler Noris-compatible nibs since they have similar shapes but metal nibs for the Wacom One pen and S Pen fit well too), but if you have a more traditional screen protector, the nib on it is great to use. The felt-like texture is amazing on it. That being said, do mind that if you have a paperlike screen protector, it might and can wear down the eraser end of the pen after a while.
