I have been searching for a powder mag sup to help with sleep and tried many pills and other remedies with minimal success. This stuff is a game changer. I am able to fall asleep quickly and feel rested when I wake up. Staying asleep has improved and if for some reason I do wake up (I’m a light sleeper and have kids and animals, LOL) I’m able to fall back asleep quickly. I drink it in a small glass with ice a couple hours before bed. The lavender berry is pleasant, but I could see why some would think it’s too sweet. I however, enjoy the taste. Reminds me of lavender lemonade from a local farm. You can dilute it with more water or maybe even make some lemonade with it! I will continue using this product for a long long time and will recommend it to everyone that needs a little extra love in their night time routine.

Love this product. The taste isn’t the best, but also not unbearable. Helps me fall asleep easier and earlier. I don’t feel any different in the morning. I love this because it doesn’t have melatonin.

I had been looking for a magnesium supplement that wasn't in capsule form, that wasn't mag citrate, and that wasn't gritty/chalky and tasted palatable. I've tried several products and haven't been happy with any of them. I'm so glad I tried this one. I am really impressed with how this product helps my sleep. The first night I took this, I slept through the night for the first time in as long as I can remember. It's normal for me to awaken, turn over and go back to sleep several times a night. I can't say if it's the magnesium or GABA or theanine, or the combination. All I know is that it really helps me to relax and sleep better through the night. The taste of the Lavenderberry, honestly, is not great. It's overly sweet. I also got the lemon, which I find more tolerable. It's not delicious, but for the quality of sleep, it's worth it. I highly recommend this both for a magnesium supplement and to help with your sleep.

I got the lavender berry flavor and it is really hard to drink. I also don’t feel any different after taking it like I normally do taking magnesium pills.

Not going to give a lengthy review but just the truth. For anyone that gave this product less than 5 stars because of "taste" #1 that's just crazy! The product works! I have the deepest sleep of my life and feel amazing in the morning. Lavender taste the best to me. I've tried pomegranate too but didnt care for that taste as much. I loved it so much I bought one for all my family members.

I take magnesium to help me sleep. The product I had taken for a long time I ran out of and just thought I’d try something new and different and this looked interesting. Product did taste great but I noticed an immediate change in my sleep. Like it wasn’t absorbing into my system at all. Wrecked my sleep for weeks. I gave up and went back to my old brand and now a couple weeks later my sleep is back on track. Something about this is just less effective. Maybe the quality and type of magnesium used. I’ve heard that if it is the fizzy citrate that one doesn’t absorb well. Seems to be true in this case. For reference-the one that works is called PYM Prepare Your Mind and it’s lemon flavored. Takes a couple weeks to notice a difference but man when I switched to this lavender product I noticed an immediate change in my sleep. It’s just not effective for me.

I do think it improves sleep quality but I experience very painful indigestion with this product. I think the formula is slightly different than before. With the old formula I also had some indigestion but it is worse now
