Purchased these for my dad following a knee replacement as he was having back pain and we suspected this would help. There are many in a pack, which could be used to stack, or in his case, provide a lift in several pairs of shoes. They stick well and are comfortable in the shoe. You can get the lift you need for basically any teen or adult shoe size (he is a men’s 10). I imagine they could be easily trimmed if needed as the material is a silicon feel. Helped with his immediate pain, though may not for all depending on the reason. Good quality and value with so many in a pack. Would recommend this for the cost and flexibility to work for so many sizes and elevation needs.

Instructions would have been helpful. I needed the full inch to compensate for differing leg lengths after a hip replacement. At first I stacked all 4 and found the forward edge so high and uncomfortable that I planned on returning them. Then it occurred to me that the bottom 3 could be cut down to gradually slope toward the toes. I took about a half inch off the first that goes under the top, then an extra half inch off the next, and finally an extra half inch from the bottom one, leaving the top alone. Success! Be sure not to cut the bottom layer too short. It was only by cutting them that I could see there was removable plastic on the silicon layers. I thought I’d have to find another way to glue them so I was happy to discover they were self-adhesive. I had to reposition them in my sandal, but the glue seemed to hold up to quickly adhere again. Time will tell how easy they are to remove once they’ve been in for awhile.

My foot Dr recommend for my hiking boots since I kept getting blisters on my heel. They worked great! No blisters once I put them in my boots.

I'm having to wear a healing shoe which is 4 cm high. Now I need lifts for my other shoes to even it out. All the lift is at the back of these and doesn't extend far enough to rest the heel on (see photo). So when all four are stacked, it pushes the foot forward, and is very uncomfortable. These are great if you only need one or two. They thin out towards the front so they don't squish you feet in your shoes and are very comfortable. They stick well and seem to be good quality for the price. It's better if you can get one solid piece, or a 2-piece or 3-piece if you need half an inch or higher. The ones I got have a ½"+¼"+¼" and are perfect. I use the ½" with the ¼" suede piece on top. I'm keeping these to use in my house shoes with some gel heel lifts I already had so none will go to waste. I'm getting several sizes for my shoes. You may be able to wear all pieces. I rearranged them several times and got it very close but I still didn't have enough heel room to keep my foot from sliding. I brought the bottom one forward a bit, then layered them bringing each one back a bit (see photo). My shoe has a heel cup so they fit in it. Probably won't work in regular shoes, though.

Could have been here a lot faster!! Trouble with UPS and their tracking. Back and forth between 2 states and could or did not know where Wisconsin was!! Great show lifts and are adjustable to your needs! Love them, great support on my right leg, and will purchase again. Very functional and only need in one shoe. Very nice and great purchase.

I had surgery on my foot and had to wear a boot. In order to prevent other problems (knee, hip, back), I used these to level set my legs to walk evenly with a boot. No worries about making my shoe fit too small or loosely. I loved being able to stack the inserts as needed.

Lost my expensive lift from my Dr. I knew my insert thickness and ordered these, now I have enough for multiple pairs of shoes.

I like that these gel inserts are stackable and there are enough to truly customize the height needed for leg discrepancy. Since these are a bit springy, I added an extra insert layer to make up for that. The adhesion isn't super strong, but will stay in place if you put the inserts under the insole of the shoe. Overall these are better than other gel shoe inserts and good value.
