I take chemo and frequently need to use these bags. Not recommended but works.... if I am driving and can’t pullover, these work the best as your line of sight isn’t blocked and they don’t spill over. I have been ordering these via subscription services do two years. I have tried other bags, but these are absolutely the best.

Due to cancer in both lungs, I experience bouts of brutal paroxysmal coughing. This has been going on since late 2024, so all that coughing eventually triggered a hyper-sensitive gag reflex response in early 2025 that hasn't resolved. Aaand, that gag reflex response will cause vomiting most of the time. I bought 11 packs of these vomit bags over a period of three months and keep them in every room of my home, my car, and every purse. I have used about 50 bags so far, and I have zero complaints, which is why I bought them over and over in bulk. My only regret is I didn't think to buy these a lot sooner! These vomit bags are excellent quality and are identical to the type ambulances now use. They come individually wrapped in a little plastic bag that's perforated for quick opening and are easy to stash anywhere. The plastic collection bag is thick, durable and fully heat sealed 3/8" up from the bottom--never a leak or other failure in any I used. The coated "paper" collar is easy to separate with fingers and then squeeze open, and its ample size makes the awful process mess-proof. Bonus that you don't have to stick your whole face into the opening. The bag is self-sealing to prevent spillage and the mouthpiece can be slightly folded over for added security. With my flawless experience with this item, I highly recommend this specific brand and type of vomit bag. But I hope I never have to buy them again. ;)

After a recent health issue I bought these to have close at hand. Some in the house and some in the cars. Easy to use and dispose of.

If you're in the market for these, I'm sorry and I currently share your misery. These are the absolute best version of this kind of product. They'll never leak, the smell doesn't get out much once you close it, even in the car. They're individually wrapped (clean) with a quick-open perf on the side that's very easy, even with weak hands. They have gradations for I/O tracking. The only thing I would change is to make another line with opaque bags for privacy in public as not everyone needs to track their O volume and as much as you'd like to, you can't always be at home.
